Mia is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Mia earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois, and her Bachelors in Sociology at New College of Florida. 

Mia has expertise in trauma, family issues, mood disorders, and recovery from sexual violence. Additionally, Mia can provide sexuality education and support with polyamorous relationships from a queer perspective. Mia also enjoys working with trauma workers who are experiencing secondary traumatic stress and burnout. 

Mia offers virtual therapy for those in Washington, DC & In-person therapy to those who can drive into our Washington, DC office.
